Refund and Returns Policy
We take pride in our product quality and have implemented systems to assure the adherence to product standards. Our nuts are cracked to order. Storage is maintained at recommended temperatures. Our packaging is heat sealed to be tamper proof and airtight to maintain freshness.
All claims for a refund based on a quality issue must be made within 5 days of the date of receipt. If there is a quality issue, customer is to take photos of issue, provide a description of the issue and email to Huon Valley Hazelnuts
Depending on the issue with the product we may seek to have the product returned. We reserve the right to offer a store credit, a refund or replacement product to resolve the refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
