Hazelnuts take several years to come into full production. The Huon Valley is well known for its clean fresh produce.
After nuts fall from the trees they are cleaned and dried for extended shelf life
Our nuts are cracked and roasted on order
Cracked nuts are roasted to help remove the brown skin from the kernel and improve the flavours of the nuts
